Child Care Reimbursement Accounts

The Employee Reimbursement Account (ERA) is an optional benefit that allows eligible employees to pay up to $5,000 of eligible dependent care expenses (such as daycare or after school fees) from their pre-tax income, rather than their after-tax income. You are eligible to enroll in this benefit due to the birth of your child once you return to work and child care is needed. To enroll, submit the FSA Change of Election Form to Human Resources within 30 days of your return to work. Additional information regarding this benefit can be found on Flexible Spending Accounts (UWHC) page.
