- Obtain a Social Security Card for your child. The US Social Security Administration offers information about obtaining a Social Security Card, as well as information about applying for disability and other benefits for your child.
- You may want to update your W-4 information with the payroll department
- Review the available at UW Health to prepare for your maternity leave, as well as your return to work at UW Health.
