Human Resources is launching an HR Workforce Analytics Dashboard in the QlikView application to provide leaders direct access to a variety of HR metrics to assist in managing their workforce.

Gary Johnson, VP Human Resources Operations

Human Resources is launching an HR Workforce Analytics Dashboard in the QlikView application to provide leaders direct access to a variety of HR metrics to assist in managing their workforce. HR metrics will include, but are not limited to:

The goal of the Workforce Analytics Dashboard is to make key information readily available so leaders can keep an eye on important workforce issues affecting their teams and assist in making data driven decisions. The data is sortable by various categories, exportable for deeper analysis and updated each month with the prior month’s data.

For further details, please refer to the HR Workforce Analytics QlikBasics document on the Information page of the application or contact your HR Business Partner.

All managers, directors, vice presidents and senior vice presidents will have access to this application. If you have analytical staff that need to access the data, leaders can submit a ServiceNow CSAR request. The CSAR should be filled out requesting that users be added to the usr-app-QV-HRWorkforceQV0048 AD Group. You can access the CSAR form, after logging into ServiceNow.

Training sessions will be available upon request. Contact your HR Business Partner for more information.

If you have any questions or comments about the application, please contact Human Resources at hr@uwhealth.org or (608) 263-6500.
