Focus

Employees are educated to the Compliance Program, relevant policies, procedures and legal requirements at New Employee Orientation, required annual training and on an as needed basis. Departments with higher risk for compliance violations may also receive additional training as necessary.

Required training includes the review of UWHC Compliance rules regarding conflicts of interest management, privacy and data security and billing/coding compliance.

Employees can complete the annual required training course, and locate additional training-related resources and information by accessing the UWHC Compliance page.
