Focus

A conflict of interest is a situation when a staff member’s outside activities could have a negative impact on UWHC. UWHC staff members may not benefit from activities that would improperly influence their UWHC duties. Every staff member of the UWHC makes a personal commitment to honesty and integrity. It is a violation of this commitment for any employee to seek financial gain for themselves, their immediate families or organizations with which they are associated through activities that conflict with the interests of the Hospital Authority.
