Employees with a concern, improvement idea, question or feedback to share are asked to first go to their direct supervisor. If a supervisor is unable to answer a question or address the concern, employees should then go to the next higher level of department management. When in doubt, an employee can determine management above his/her supervisor by typing in the supervisor’s name on the U-Connect Directory. The reporting structure will display with email addresses and phone numbers.
