- During the four month orientation, you will be following along your preceptor(s) schedule(s)
- You will either be working a Day/Evening or Day/Night schedule. This may change once during the orientation period.
- Toward the end of your orientation, your manager will determine a position for you (including shift rotation and length), based on current vacancies and the staffing needs of the unit
- You will transition into this Nurse Clinician position, following your orientation. You may be considered for a position on a core unit, if there is not a position available on your unit.
