Focus

Social Workers on Outpatient Triage need to assign themselves to the "UWH Social Work Triage" Pool so that they have access to the referrals sent via Health Link.

To do this, go into your In Basket, Click on "Edit Pools" and click on the box next to "UWHC Social Work Triage". If you do not have this Group as an option, please enter a ServiceNow Ticket requesting this option.

Most social workers just leave this box checked all of the time, so they don't have to remember to turn this "on" and "off" on a triage day.

If you see a message sent to this pool and you are NOT on triage, please do NOT delete the message as that will delete the message for all.
