LEARN "SKILLS FOR A HAPPY HEART"

Join Shilagh Mirgain, PhD, and Janice Singles, PsyD, as they facilitate a four-week group called "Skills for a Happy Heart" that teaches patients healthy lifestyle skills for managing heart disease.

In a safe and supportive environment, group members can learn to make healthy adjustments to reduce risk for further cardiac disease and enhance the quality of their lives. A variety of skills will be taught:
