The Bereaved Parents Support Group is for parents who have experienced the death of a baby from conception to approximately one year of age. It was started by parents who felt that no one should have to go through this difficult time alone. Services are provided free of charge by volunteer parents.

Some of the services offered are

Experienced volunteers lead the Bereaved Parents Support Group. Discussions are informal and are guided by the needs of parents who choose to come. Everyone has the opportunity to talk about their baby or just listen at their own comfort level.

Topics may include

Who comes? Parents who have experienced a pregnancy loss, stillbirth or infant death (pre-maturity related, SIDS, etc). Newly bereaved parents and parents who have had some time to heal come together to share their experiences and offer support and understanding.
