Rodney Scheel House

In 1995, a group of volunteers developed a 23-unit apartment complex for people disabled by HIV/AIDS called the Rodney Scheel House in Madison's East Side. 

The Rodney Scheel House is an independent living apartment community designed to provide low cost housing for people living with HIV/AIDS.
