NOTE: DME companies are not allowed to bill MA patients for items that are not covered. Therefore, pt's will have to purchase on their own from a pharmacy.

UW DME at 2030 Pinehurst Drive in Middleton sells Hibiclens and masks. They are open 8am-4:30pm, would appreciate a call ahead (203-2273) to from patient prior to pick-up. Patients/families can also call with their credit card to have items shipped.

*Medicare doesn't set specific quantities - they allow "what is medically reasonable". It is up to the company providing the supplies to interpret what this means. Of note, Medicare does not technically provide any supplies used to clean a wound, just supplies to dress the wound.
