Document Integrity assists in monitoring fax queues in our RightFax system. This includes documents that are routed through Health Link.
With permission from the RightFax queue owner, we monitor for failed faxes, review and reconcile the fax so the documentation is delivered to it’s intended recipient. You may receive notification from us if we are unable to send the document or unable to determine the intended recipient.
