Focus

Employee Relations provides consultation and oversight for a variety of employment matters, including: performance, disciplinary issues, employee formal complaints, investigations of harassment and other misconduct allegations. Employee Relation Consultants also provide proactive assistance to both employees and supervisors on the interpretation and implementation of policies and procedures. Through the proactive intervention approach the department assists with encouraging a positive work environment and positive working relationships.  ‌
