THINK ABOUT HEALTH PLAN CHANGES FOR 2018
Are you going to need to make any changes to your health/dental plans? Do you need to add or remove
dependents? It’s important to understand not only the changes you need to make, but also how any
changes to the plan design will impact your coverage for 2018. Once plan design decisions have been
made, we will communicate those through U-Connect.
