Ann Malec, MS, RN, ACNP is a motivated
nurse leader who is highly dedicated to
fostering collaborative relationships through
the application of skilled communication.
For the past 23 years, Ann has held a
variety of nursing roles including Critical
Care Staff Nurse, Assistant Nurse Manager,
Nurse Manager and most currently, Director
of Medical Nursing at the University of
Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics. Ann
received her Master of Science Degree from
the University of California - San Francisco.
Ann is passionate about the impact of
skilled communication on patient outcomes
and has presented on this topic in a variety
of settings.
