This month’s Clinical Grand
Rounds showcases an evidence-
based project where medical
students were partnered with
TLC nursing staff with the goal of
enhancing understanding of the
roles and responsibilities of staff
nurses. A tool was used to gather
information about med students’
attitude towards nurse-physician
collaboration before the experience
and again after the experience.
The survey and qualitative data will
be discussed.
