At this month’s Clinical Grand
Rounds, the focus will be on the
primary nurse and patients and
families in crisis. The presentation
will help the primary nurse and
other clinicians identify, manage
and support the patient or family
in crisis. Clinicians will learn about
evidence-based interventions to
support patients/families in crisis
and strategies to enhance patient/
family coping during crisis.
A monthly series for all clinicians
intended to promote excellence in
patient care while showcasing
nursing staff at UWHC.
