How Can We Help?
To inquire about purchasing artwork, questions or report artwork that has been damaged or defaced, please submit a ServiceNow Art Request.
For assistance with selecting, ordering and/or reupholstering furniture that you have budgeted for, please email Ardis Hutchins.
The hospital maintains an inventory of lightly used furniture as part of their Techline Reuse Program. The reuse program can be a faster and more cost effective means of furnishing office or clinic space if funds have been budgeted, however inventory does fluctuate. Facilities Planning may suggest using re-use where appropriate.
For help with broken furniture, whether to fix it or send it to Swap, please submit a Service Request.
If you would like carpet or furniture cleaned, please contact Environmental Services at (608) 263-8099.
The Injury Prevention Coordinator for UW-Health, Steve Hill PT, can assist in the process used to evaluate and address workstation and work site ergonomic concerns. Consult the Ergonomic Injury Reduction Program Policy 9.63 for more information. Submit an Ergonomic Workstation Self-Assessment Request
To request information regarding a lease contract or leased space, please email Michael Grady.
For questions about UWHC approved and budgeted projects:
- For projects requiring planning and design, please contact Rachel Jacobson
- For projects requiring construction, please contact Clark Brenner
- For projects requiring minor fixes and trades work, please submit a Service Request
To add, change, repair or remove signage, please submit a ServiceNow Signage and Wayfinding Request describing your specific request in as much detail as you can. Feel free to review the UW Health Branding and Logo Usage Guidelines for additional information.
All space requests (i.e. requests for additional space, transfer of space, relinquishing of space, space use change and renovation of space) should be submitted by the ServiceNow Space Allocation Request by the responsible Senior Management member. The request should identify the space needed and reason for the need. Please refer to the Space Management Policy 5.17 for further detail.
If you have a question about who "owns" a space, or have an update regarding a change in how a space is being used or by whom it is being used, please email Sue Strandlie.
