Report of Economic Interest

Report of Economic Interest - Departments & Programs, UW Hospital and Clinics, Compliance, Code of Conduct/Ethics, Summary of Reports and Approvals Required Under the UWHC Code of Ethics on Conflicts of Interest

Focus

Employees who are designated as contracting employees will also need to fill out a Report of Economic Interest. Contracting employees are employees who sign contracts for the purchase of goods and services for the hospital. You will be informed if you are required to submit that form.

If you have questions about the policy or about whether something should be reported on one of the forms, you may call the Ethics Message telephone number 265-5557 and leave your question on voice mail or you may send an e-mail question to UWHCethics@hosp.wisc.edu.
