3.03 Resolution of Conflict among Workers - Departments & Programs, UW Hospital and Clinics, Compliance, Code of Conduct/Ethics, Other Ethical Issues

Focus

UWHC recognizes that from time to time conflicts will arise among persons working at the institution. Regardless of who is involved in the conflict, UWHC will seek to resolve all conflicts fairly and objectively. If departmental or staff conflicts occur, each department manager and the appropriate hospital administrator are responsible for resolving conflicts. Involvement of the Chief Executive Officer, the Medical Board, and/or physician leadership will be employed, only when necessary.
