Focus

  1. Any person may file a written complaint charging a violation of this policy. The complaint shall state the name of the employee alleged to have committed a violation and describe the violation.
  2. A complaint shall be submitted to the CEO or his/her designee for investigation and disposition in accordance with management policies and procedures adopted by the CEO. Any sanctions of represented employees shall be resolved under the appropriate provisions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
  3. The CEO may investigate possible violations of this policy whenever circumstances warrant and proceed in accordance with subsection (2).
