Urine dipstick, urine microscopic findings, and, if greater than 5 WBC's are seen per high power field on microscopic exam, a urine culture will be performed.

In-Lab Turnaround Time: 4 hours.

Collection Instructions:

First morning void preferred. Refrigerate if transportation to lab is delayed. Indicate whether specimen is midstream, indwelling catheter, single catheter or other method of collection.
