Focus

The Diabetes Management Service (DMS) is a group of providers that works with adults who have high blood glucose (also known as blood sugar) levels during their hospital stay. DMS has special expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of this condition. DMS works with patients, their families, the primary team of doctors, nurses, dietitians, and other clinicians to manage blood sugar levels to promote healing, prevent infections or other blood glucose related problems.
