Mixing Infant Formula or Milk:

Mixing Instructions for: ________________________________

Your infant needs a special formula or milk recipe, so you should follow these instructions
closely when mixing. It is important to measure the infant formula powder and all liquids
correctly. Please measure the liquid(s) and powder(s) separately.

Unless stated otherwise, measure all formula powder in unpacked, level scoops and all water in
ounces.

Refrigerate formula for 24 hours then discard.
Do not heat formula in a microwave oven.
