Following sodium chloride flush, cap off each port
with printed volume plus 0.2 mL. If no volume printed
on catheter and unable to acertain - use 1.5 mL for a
temporary subclavian catheter, Internal Jugular
catheter or femoral catheter. Use 1.8 mL for a
permanent cuffed double lumen catheter
