transparent dressing.

CONTINUOUS, Starting today For Until specified, Dyspnea,
tachypnea, tachycardia, muffled heart tones, precordial
dullness to percussion, impaired consciousness, hypotension,
increased jugular venous pressure, pulsus paradoxus,
equalization of RAP, PAWP, and pulmonary artery diastolic
pressure, low CO.
Notify Provider - Drainage Output [NURCOM0022] CONTINUOUS, Starting today For Until specified, Notify
provider if drainage output greater than *** (mL) in *** hours.
